We suggest bookin pg our services at lest 2 weeksrie advance qo make sure your date is available. If you have an urgent need please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

We require a 50% deposit to reserve your event date. Balance of payment is due 5 days before the event date. We accept payment via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal & Ath Móvil.

We do NOT offer a refund for any cancellations, however, we can reschedule your picnic with a 72-hour notice. After that, there will be a rescheduling fee.

Puerto Rico weather can be very unpredictable. While we do not offer refunds, we will happily move your picnic to another date. Another option could be to move the picnic indoors, it’ll look just as great!

We book date nights, birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, bridal showers, girl's night, guy's night, "just because," brunches, baby showers, gender reveals, etc. But we are not limited to these events as we are open to setting up any event.
